Today’s Pattern 1
1. 꼭 여분의 물을 챙겨가도록 해라.
Make sure you bring some extra water.
2. 부탁한 파일을 가져오는 거 잊지 말라고 그에게 상기시켜줘.
Make sure you remind him to bring the files I asked for.
3. 가기 전에 컴퓨터들이 다 꺼져 있는지 꼭 확인해 주세요.
Make sure all the computers are turned off before you leave.
4. 꼭 5시까지 반드시 돌려주세요.
Make sure you return it by 5.
5. 공항에 제 시간에 맞춰 가도록 하세요.
Make sure you get to the airport on time.
6. 안전벨트를 매었는지 꼭 확인하세요.
Make sure you fasten your safety belt.
7. 2호선으로 꼭 갈아타도록 하세요.

8. 통조림의 유효기간이 지나지 않았는지 꼭 확인하세요.
Make sure the canned goods aren’t past the expiration date.

I’m not going to fall for his excuses again.
12. 내가 이번엔 안 봐 줄 거다.
I’m not going to make this easy on you.
13. 네 친구 고용하지 않기로 결정했어.
I decided not to hire your friend.
14. 다시는 온라인 구매를 하지 않겠어요.
I’m not going to make an online purchase any more.
15. 다시는 늦지 않도록 할게요.
I’m not going to be late again.
16. 밤새지 않을 거에요.
I’m not going to stay up all night.
17. 기름기가 많은 음식을 먹지 않기로 결심했어요.
I decided not to eat greasy food.
18. 새해에는 담배를 피우지 않기로 결심했어요.
I decided not to smoke in the new year.
19. 난 절대 거기 가지 않을 거에요. 이게 내가 할 말의 전부에요.
I am not going there, period.
20. 그 결심은 진작 오래 전에 했었어야죠.
That decision is long overdue.
