This happens in China. A man has a special suit for flying. He jumps from a high place.
There is a problem. The wind is too strong. It moves the man. The man is not going on his planned way. The wind changes his way. It is bad. There is another problem. The man cannot open his parachute.
The man falls. People try to find him. They find the man's body. The man is dead.
