Successful test of Hyperloop – level 2
The prototype of Hyperloop completed its first successful test in the Nevada desert. A sled on a special track accelerated to 187 kilometers per hour in just over one second.
If Hyperloop becomes a reality, it will be much faster. It will move people through low-pressure tubes at the speed of sound. It could be the future of transport.
In California, the journey from San Francisco to Los Angeles will take just 30 minutes. The system will be fully autonomous and electricity will power it.
