Baby is saved in Syria - level 1
A plane attacks a city in Syria. A mother and her seven daughters are in a house. The house is completely destroyed.
The father comes home. He sees the destroyed house. People tell him about three daughters. They are fine. Four girls and the mother are missing. People look for them. They find two daughters in hospital.
Another daughter is found too. She is only two years old. She is under rubble. They save her. She is very lucky. She is fine.
The mother and one girl are still missing.
Difficult words: destroy (break), miss (we don’t know where they are and if they live), rubble (broken pieces of a building).
