Very big baby - level 1
One baby in Colombia is very big. He is eight months old. He weighs 44 pounds (20 kilograms).
The mother thinks that the boy looks cute. However, she knows about his problems. She cannot carry the boy easily. The boy has problems with his lungs. His health is not good. Doctors must help the baby.
